Tsehay Robi
Tsehay is from an IT background of over twenty years. He has been investing in real estate since 2012. He's ambitious, adventures, strongly analytics and devoted father of two.
He is responsible for performing and overseeing underwriting activities, contract negotiation, capital raising, and building and maintaining broker relationships. He’s also involved with managing the assets to make sure the asset performs in a manner that provides investors with exceptional returns.
Yonas Robi
Yonas is from an IT background of over seventeen years. He has also been investing in real estate since 2012. He's driven, goal oriented and enjoys spending time with his three daughters.
He is responsible for soucing deals, help with underwriting activities, contract negotiation, capital raising, and building and maintaining broker relationships and outreachs.
Greg Chew
Gregory comes from an IT background of over twenty-three years, with a focus on design and high-level architecture for large desktop environments.
A graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science, he has a deep propensity for attention to detail and a lover of numbers. Gregory has partnered in multifamily investments totaling over 1,500 units.
Gregory is lead coordinator, underwriter, investor relations, and branding/marketing lead for Cheferkon Partners, and currently serves as a Multifamily coach in Rod Khleif’s Lifetime Cashflow Academy.
Rod Khleif
Rod Khleif is a multiple business owner and philanthropist who is passionate about business, high performance, real estate and giving back. As one of the country’s top business, real estate and peak performance luminaries, Rod has built over 24 businesses in his 40 year business career several which have been worth tens of millions of dollars. He has also owned over 2000 properties.
Rod Khleif soared from humble beginnings as a young, impoverished Dutch immigrant to incredible success. Khleif’s experience involves both remarkable triumphs, and spectacular failures, which he affectionately calls “seminars:’ Rod will explain the mindset required to recover from losing $50 million dollars in the crash of 2008 to the success he enjoys today. Rod brings incredible authenticity and insight to his approach to business, mindset, real estate, success and life.
Rod can talk about the psychology of success, and any business or real estate topic in great depth, contributing incredible firsthand, technical, and motivational knowledge and skills to the conversation. Rod also founded The Tiny Hands Foundation,which has benefited more than 95,000 children in need
